Film
Analogue things
Some of the Velvia slide film images have been cross-processed. Slide film makes for some beautifully creamy and soft looking tones but has to process differently than traditional C-41 film. The images with strong green, blue and yellow hues have been cross-processed - this is when slide film is intentionally processed in the ‘wrong’ chemicals. Chemicals that are intended for C-41 color negatives. Part of the fun of this process is the unpredictability and the extreme look of the greens, blues and reds. For more unpredictability, check out the Polaroid page here. Shoot me questions if you think of any!
